The Man Who Changed The World

There have been many entrepreneurs who changed the way of our life. Steve Jobs was certainly one of them who changed the world by his vision, creativity, passion and the reality distortion field.

Apple Computer was founded by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak on April 1, 1976. Jobs forced his friend Wozniak to start a computer company because Jobs was seeing large opportunities and was highly passionate to build personal computers for users. Steve Jobs was not a technical man but Steve Wozniak was highly intelligent in engineering and coding.

Tribute to Steve Jobs

What Made Steve Jobs so Great?

He created so many products that changed world. Such as Apple 2(Personal computer), Maciontosh ( First PC with a mouse), Mac OS X,  iPhone, iPad, iTunes/iStore, iPod, iOS App store.

All these products became so popular that other tech companies have to follow the pattern of apple. That’s what still we are saying in iPhones. Most of the companies are following the designed of apple.

There were so many ups and downs while creating a world’s most valuable company. In this article, I am going to discuss some facts and what we should learn from Steve Jobs.

The Reality Distortion Field

The reality distortion field represents the method, how Steve Jobs was working with his team. It includes the method of communication and telling your thoughts/ideas/vision to other people. Steve Jobs was so genius that every person of his team know about what they were going to create.

If something is not working properly, Steve used to explain and forced to complete that task with a better result. Steve had the magical power to convince anyone.

Became a Billionaire Because of Pixar

Steve Jobs was fired from his own company because the new CEO, John Sculley who was hired by Steve was believing that Steve is wasting money of a company in innovation and research while the company is not making enough money. All the board of directors were against Steve Jobs. That’s how he was fired from Apple.

He didn’t give up and started his two new companies NeXT and Pixar Animation Studio. Then, Disney Studio decided to buy Pixar. He had 80% shares of Pixar and that’s how he became billionaire.

He played the ORCHESTRA

He was college drop-out. He had no technical skills. He was not a designer. But still, his products were revolutionary!!! One of the most important key about Steve Jobs was he knew how to work with smart people.

He was working on the basis of his imagination power, visionary mind and keeping simplicity in each and every product. That’s how he played the orchestra! Managing all the smart people is always difficult task.

Follow Your Passion

“I’m convinced that the only thing that kept me going was that I loved what I did. You’ve got to find what you love. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking.”

– Steve Jobs

Health Problems

He died from a Pancreatic cancer. He worked so hard in his young age that he used to eat only fruits for a week and sometime for a month. He was not taking care of his health. That’s why he had faced the toughest time while suffering with cancer. From his death, each and every entrepreneur started focusing on health.

Steve Jobs On Bill Gates

Steve Jobs used to insult Bill Gates and Microsoft for copying many things from Apple. However, there were also good friends at the early stage of Apple and Microsoft.

Microsoft had created many software for Apple. In an interview, Steve talked about Bill Gates philanthropy.

Bill is basically unimaginative and has never invented anything, Which is why I think now he’s more comfortable in philanthropy than technology.

Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me. Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful, that’s what matters to me.

Product Launch Event

One of the most favorite days of Steve Jobs was product launching event. He loved to launch the product which he used to present in his highly effective style. He gave his best speech at the first iPhone launch.

An iPod, a phone, an internet mobile communicator… these are NOT three separate devices! And we are calling it iPhone! Today Apple is going to reinvent the phone. And here it is.

The Best Quote

The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the once who do.   – Steve Jobs

I have written this article on this day because, this is the date when Steve Jobs was born February 24, 1955. This is my tribute to my inspiration Steve Jobs changed the world and he’s still alive in all the half-eaten Apple logos that we see around us.
